“Robert sent two men. Within five minutes of their being there I told them they were making me nervous because it did not sound like they knew what they were doing, I should have ended the appointment at that point. In the meantime in trying to bring furniture down stairs they gouged my newly painted door frames, walls, woodwork snd stair bannister. I cried when I saw the damage. I sent pictures to Robert. I also sent pictures of furniture items they removed. It turned out to be four pieces instead of the original eleven. I have texted Robert to ask for adjustment of charged snd he has ignored me. I am very displeased.”

“I could not be more pleased with Load Up! It was refreshing to get an idea of how much it might cost to have an item picked up at the get go on line. Other haulers don't necessarily do that unless you call and ask. What's more I found the reservation process a snap to use! I also appreciated the email confirmations. I was booked for a pick-up between 4-8p. Samir called me at 4p promptly and said he would be here at 4:45p and he was! He and his assistant could not have been nicer. They removed my old sleeper sofa quickly, efficiently and with care as to not damage the door frame or door itself. I am going to recommend Load Up and especially Samir to all my friends and when needed again I will be contacting them without hesitation. Thank you Samir!”

“This was our first experience with Loadup and let me tell you - we were completely impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the crew we had - Shivette and Corey. From the time they called to let us know the status of our pickup to the cleanup after moving out our furniture they were very conscientious. We had an entertainment center, two couches and two club chairs that they removed. The first couch, entertainment center and chairs were removed easily by this crew. The second couch (an overstuffed loveseat) caused a problem. To be honest, I am not even sure how my sons got it into the basement when they brought it in because it really didn't look like it fit at all when Shivette and Corey were trying to move it out. They backed it out and broke it down with a hammer. Most others would have given up and told me that they couldn't get it out. We are so grateful to this Loadup crew. Fantastic! I would HIGHLY recommend this company (and Shivette and Corey in particular) and would give them 10 stars if I could!”

“I just used LoadUp to setup an old couch removal + new couch setup for my parents who live in another state. From beginning to end, the LoadUp service was simply FANTASTIC - eg. from seemingly small things like if you leave a message, they actually call back (and do so promptly!), pricing is straightforward, changes were easy to make online (we had to switch to one day early at the last minute and additionally had to pull the time window earlier as well). They were upfront about where they could commit to changes vs no guarantees - not only did they make it happen, but they also were excellent in proactively communicating throughout. Big shoutout to rep *Brianna* who I spoke to numerous times to make changes - she was always so pleasant, never frustrated, understood any issues/concerns quickly, and even served as a good listener for me when I needed to vent about the delivery vendor (nothing to do with LoadUp). Also big shoutout to *Francisco* who arrived to help my elderly parents and made them feel at ease (not easy). He helped them make note of and capture issues with their new couch (nothing to do with LoadUp) and when he found some extra cash my dad had dropped in an empty box, he came back around in the rain to their sliding door (so as not to disrupt my dad, make him walk to the front lobby, etc.) to return the money to him. Integrity and honesty on top of excellent service! 10 out of 5 stars to both Brianna and Francisco (and I am a tough critic). LoadUp is so lucky to have you - as are customers like my parents & I!”

“We had Maurice, pick-up our Queen size sleeper sofa. He went well beyond to get that heavy bulky sofa out of our house. We give him the best ratings ever. We highly recommend Load-up, for your next job. TJ, was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know on how their process worked. The price was unbelievable compared to other haulers I contacted.”

“This is the second time I used their services. In addition to junk removal, this time I had a pair of heavy and delicate speakers needed to be moved upstairs. The team, Sam and Andrew, were very careful and conscientious, they did a great job and based on both experiences, I highly recommend CollegeHunks.”
