“My experience with Loadup was great! I got regular updates on the driver’s arrival within the 4-hr window. I had booked another company that charged $41 more based on the amount of truck space used, and cancelled them after Loadup appeared with a Google search for junk removal I only wish it had shown up sooner, saving me time.”

“Jeremiah and an man came and picked up my mattress! They were so awesome! He made sure that I was aware of his location and he doubled check with me to make sure I was still available to pick up. Both were very friendly and very professional! Definitely would recommend LoadUp for anyone needing things to be taken!”

“Helping future customers. I wanted to have my satellite dish removed. Under the satellite dish removal on the website, it states they cannot remove it from the roof. No where on the website does it specifically state that they cannot remove it from the ground. But when I paid, I paid for the removal, and haul away. They called and I told them it was in the ground. Since they couldn’t complete the job, they said a refund would be issued.But because it was the day of, I only got 50% of my money back. Despite clearly stating on the satellite portion of the website that they cannot remove it. It didn’t clearly state it. They said it was in their terms and agreements stating that they could not make any alterations to the premises etc. Money down the drain.”

“made an appointment to have a couple of couches removed. they cancelled twice and by the time i found out it was too late to hire someone else. cant get ahold of them on the phone just sends you in circles. if i could give zero stars i sure would”

“Waste of time, money, and energy. GoLoadUp has no actual drivers or trucks; they contract out to local people who have no guarantee of showing up or doing the job. We were rescheduled multiple times (each at the last minute), and eventually had a no-show with zero communication. After the pickup window closed, GoLoadUp's site still said, "Job accepted, not yet en route." After wasted time, I eventually asked for a refund and found a reputable local hauler which was less money, ironically. Don't bother with GoLoadUp.com”
