“I accidentally just sent 2 stars (butterfingers), but I had already responded (on my phone) that our guys were a solid 5. Please ignore those 2 stars, and give them a 5+ star rating from me! Yovani and his partner were truly amazing: Thorough, efficient and excellent. I will be using LoadUp again, no worries!”

“After an entire day of problems with my order, Kywan in Durham jumped in, took the job and turned up 35 minutes later. He turned up at 7 pm and did the job. I am impressed.”

“My original loader never showed up or contacted me, and I was getting quite frustrated. However, Elie in customer support was extremely efficient in helping me find someone else. And my loader Joel was quick and was happy to help on such short notice. I'm very appreciative for their hard work and ability to turn an inconvenience into a positive experience.”

“Load Up arrived as scheduled, the men were courteous and respectful. Furniture was removed and loaded within 1/2 hour. I was very pleased with punctuality, good communication and completed job.”
