“I was given an 8 to 12 pickup slot. At 11:30 I called loader to verify. He said he was 55 miles away and be at my house at 12:30. He arrived at 12:40. He never bothered to call me and say he was running late. Not acceptable.”

“The pick window was from 8:00am to 8:00 pm. The driver Juan called & notified around what time he would arrive. Very nice & friendly, including his helper.”

“The load up team that arrived to move my cariloha retreat queen size bed base to our 2nd floor master bedroom, assemble and install the bed base in my existing 41 year old bedframe and also install my new cariloha retreat mattress did an outstanding job. They also hauled away my old mattress and box spring. This service was worth every penny. These guys had assembled these before and knew exactly what needed to be done. Very happy with the results.”

“Amazing service! Both in office and work done on site! Movers were polite and careful with moving a large piece of furniture through a very tight hallway. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to friends! Also reasonably priced!”

“They did all that was asked to do and were very careful in unloading and bringing all my belongings in my new home. I am thankful for the workers they were very pleasant. I would recommend your company anytime. Thank you for making my unloading great, comfortable, and most importantly pleasant. The flow was awesome.”

“Loader was having vehicle problems all day, could not complete the delivery. There should be a system set to pass the order to another contract loader if this happens, instead of keeping the order with on dedicated loader”

“We used LoadUp to haul off a very large commercial grade treadmill that was in a bonus room upstairs. We booked it on Wednesday for Friday afternoon which was great that we didn’t wait long. The person assigning the team contacted me in the morning to confirm and notified me roughly 15-30 minutes before arrival. The two gentlemen (Robert and another man) were right on time and immediately started. It was very tedious given the significant weight and the staircase turning at the landing but they got it done efficiently and were on their way. Highly recommend this company and this particular crew. Excellent.”

“The 2 men who showed up to remove an ol sofa bed from our home were both Foreigners. The main guy could speak some English, but the 2nd in command could not speak or understand English, and seemed to be an Illegal Alien. I showed them the sofa and began explaining things to them when they started speaking spanish to each other in front of me and a few of my family members. I asked them nicely & gently not to do that cause I couldn't understand them. The main guy became Incensed, and his eyes turned Demonic. He berated me and said they knew what they were doing, and I could just leave. they said this to me IN MY HOUSE !!!! I left the room and quickly got my family members to go to the lower floor, I was that nervous of these guys.I went to an adjoining room and let them do their work, but watched them. Keep in mind, the day before, I removed 2 inside doors to help them with their move. We also moved the stove 8 ft. across the kitchen to help them. We also directed them to pull their moving truck all the way into our backyard, so they didn't have to move it that far. A lot of good being nice got me, huh ?? At the end the main guy, in broken English, berated me again. He said they had to take the sofa out in pieces, because the and counters were in the way (🤣😂) and it wouldn't fit thru the doors (you mean the ones I removed the day before ?? 🤣😅) and that it was my FAULT. I knew I had to give them the Tip I set aside for them (the one they didn't deserve), because if I didn't there would probably be some retribution on their part against us with some property or auto damage from them a few nights later. JUST HORRIBLE !!!”
