“Load Up made it super easy and inexpensive to donate my Mother's furniture. I couldn't bear the thought of throwing away her furniture and Load Up made it simple. I am relieved to know that her furniture will go to those in need! The loaders were patient, kind, thorough, and professional! Highly recommend!”

“I have seldom experienced such excellent service. Because I was requesting something outside their usual routine there were some difficulties in communication at times but my every message received a reply until matters were clarified. The man who did the job went out of his way to meet my needs. I will work with LoadUp again very soon”

“Easy to book, competitive price…..but no show at designated 8-12 pm timeframe. Then advised before 4 pm….then by 8 pm. Ended up taking a day off of work only to have no pickup. Very disappointing but now realize LoadUp is like an Uber who just hires local contractors that may, or may not, show up.”

“The refrigerator we had was stuck in the space used for it and was not movable. The Best Buy people could get it free to install our new refrigerator. These guys from Loadup worked very hard to free the refrigerator and were able to get it loose and out of our way. Good job, worth every penny spent.”

“I am and was 100% satisfied with them! I called them at 7pm, asked when was the earliest time they could come get my item. The gentleman told me he was currently at church and he can get it afterwards. At 9:00 at night he came and got my items. I will definitely use them again, and HIGHLY recommend this company.. fast, easy, courteous, and professional”

“I had a 26' Penske backed up to the door at 10am with a Noon-4PM reservation with LoadUp, the driver never responded to my text, did not have voicemail setup and never showed up. Customer service was notified and no one got back with me until after 4PM. We had 3 ladies over 65 years old, one 63-year-old guy and a 40-year-old load the entire 3-bedroom home content on our own to meet our commitment to make the move from Sanford, NC to Myrtle Beach, SC on August 14, 2025. Very disappointed.”

“First I will say that LoadUp does so much more than junk removal. In my case, they came out to disassemble an old bed frame and then assembly a new bedframe/foundation. The crew were absolutely wonderful and they did a fantastic job. I recommend LoadUp wholeheartedly.”

“Samone was well within the 4-hour time frame and took old Matress and for up charge took the box spring. He did get the air bed hooked up and made sure the wireless remotes we’re working all within 1/2 hour”

“Everything went very well. On the pickup morning I was contacted about the particulars. I was informed about who would be picking up and when they would arrive a number to contact them if need be. They also sent me a tracking link. Friendly workers came and managed to get an enormous wide couch bed through a doorway that had a very tight angle turn. Highly recommend and will go with them next time.”
