“LoadUp was so easy! I've never had such a great experience with communication and service from a provider before. I needed a reclining couch and loveseat hauled away to make room for my new modular sectional. Both the company and the driver kept me posted, via text, once my order was in the system. I got to choose from 3 four hour windows. I received texts the day before and the day of, from the driver, Oleksandr. He zeroed in on the time he planned on being at my house. One hour before he let me know his ETA. He was on time and loaded up and secured the items within 15 minutes. He was really nice, and most of all, on time! No waiting around for a text from the provider. I will keep their card and if I ever need help with anything, I will definitely use them again. ☆☆☆☆☆ GREAT EXPERIENCE! Thank you LoadUp! Liza”

“I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the recent furniture pickup service. The team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very punctual and kept me informed of their estimated arrival time, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, they were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. Within no time, all of the furniture was loaded, and they made sure to have me verify that everything had been gathered before leaving. That attention to detail really stood out. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I would absolutely recommend this team and use their services again. Thank you again for the excellent service.”

“3 Although the team worked very hard they brought no supplies for the clean out We gave the gloves, bags, masks and brooms They would not have been able to do the job without the supplies I did”

“Amazing service and communication! LoadUp sent me texts the day-of with updates on where the truck was. They were able to come earlier than expected, which worked great for me. The people who moved my furniture were very quick and helpful. Overall, a swift and dependable service. Will definitely be using LoadUp again.”

“I had the worst experience with this company. They are only offering me a 50% refund. They never picked up the mattress another company did and they are only offering me a 50% refund saying that I canceled when they clearly shared my information with someone I only booked one pick up. I would never do business with such a company that seems like a scam and now I am out $57 .”
