“Our original experience was a little shaky. The delivery was scheduled for Monday Nov 23rd. Unfortunately no one came at the window given 8 am to 12. After our second call we were connected with a customer service rep (Bernard) who obliged for the delay. Apparently none of the teams were available in our area. But he arranged for delivery 2 days out & couldn’t have been more helpful. The team came on the day promised are were very professional! We wouldn’t hestitate to use this company in the future!”

“Matthew He is an asset. I so admire his dedication to provide a positive attitude to his job. He has a degree in chemistry but is not able to find a job. So he works up to 12 hours a day to support his family. What a beautiful ray of sunshine. So I saying I would highly recommend LoadUp.”

“Fernando and his assistant worker very hard removing furniture from a full house removal. They worked carefully taking furniture apart and loading the truck. This company was easy to work with, fair price and great communication. I totally recommend LoadUp!”

“Thought I was getting a turn key load out. Load out asked for and received 2 separate batches of photos. Was very clear this will be 2 story house of a hoarder. Needed a FULL clean out. Crew was suppose to arrive on Tuesday 8am till 8 pm. Went thru 3 crews to get this done over a 5 day period. Crew came late and left early everyday. I had to negotiate additional funds to get job completed. Guys on the crews were all very polite and respectful. I don’t think they knew what they were getting into. Load out is basically a brokerage company and they are definitely not in sink with the workers…”

“The LoadUp app wasn't the greatest, no loader was assigned for the day I selected, but a reschedule was quickly arranged. My loaders Julio and Angel were great, very friendly and professional.”
