“Rodolfo communicated well and gave updates for arrival time. He was able to remove all items listed. However, I selected to please DONATE the bookshelf, dresser, and nightstand to LOVE INC. Unfortunately, we were the last stop on his route, and for him to fit all items in his truck he cut them up. Didn't even try to save the items. I had already informed LOVE INC that a company was coming to deliver the items for donation and I had to inform them the items were destroyed.”

“This was a fabulous serviced. Called at 10 and I had 5 pieces of furniture plus 4 table chairs picked up by 3 the same day. The price was the most competitive in the area and the men were terrific. They called as promised before arrival, were efficient and professional! Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely use again!!”

“Load UP deserves a no star rating if it were possible. We have a rental property out of state. Because we are not local we pay to have a lock installed with a combination. I paid Load UP $2,805.00 to trash out the interior and exterior of the property. Then they refused to do the project because I could not be there, even though they had total access to the property. I tried everything in my power to get them to do the job that I paid for. THEY cancelled the job the same day I paid them, and informed me that they would only refund 80% of what I paid. So THEY cancel the job and refuse to refund $561.00 of the $2,805.00 paid. Does that sound fair and ethical? I may need to sue them as my requests for reconsideration have been turned down.”

“They quoted me a price for 129 and then when it came time to plan to pick up they went up to $250 and said it was a AI mistake that’s ludicrous”
