My only minor concern was I would have preferred a heavier duty dolly for such a large item. That said they didn’t shy away from the task as did the box store delivery guys.”

“If I could I would give this company a zero. We waited until 8pm for a simple job. Wanted furniture moved because we were having our wood floors refinished. NO ONE EVER CAME! Can’t trust this company. They took our money though.”

“The LoadUp two man crew were a force. They set up my Helix mattress and base and removed my old CalKing size mattress and box springs in 15 minutes. And my bedroom is upstairs. Totally efficient and respectful of my home. I could not be more satisfied and happier with the entire experience.”
