“Hiring workers unseen is nerve-wracking, but the folks LoadUp sent for the job were amazing. Kevin and James were intelligent, hard working, and friendly. Within seconds of arriving, they understoodwhat needed to be done and were off and running. They did a great job and I am really happy that I found LoadUp. I'll be using them again for sure!”

“I had not heard of this company before, so was a little cautious. However, they exceeded my expectations. Customer support was very responsive, got back to me in minutes! And the loader, Luis, called as expected about 30 minutes before arrival, and came out within scheduled window. I would recommend this company and would use again. Also, I feel the price was reasonable, too!”

“Load-up was very easy to work with and kept me informed of arrival. The people who did the field work at my home, Nathan and Miracle, were fast, efficient, and very professional. No mistakes. It was wonderful to be heard the first time when I was showing them what needed to go. They were a great team and so engaged in their work. Nathan was amazing at packing that van. I was very pleased with both of them and I will use them again.”

“LoadUp had a very easy online process to quote and schedule our furniture removal. The guys came on time and did a great job removing our bulky furniture items. They also volunteered to take their shoes off before going on the carpet areas, which I appreciated! The price was reasonable too, which was the biggest plus.”

“Terrible experience guy flooded my house & scratched my hadwood floors. Company backed out & left employee high & dry & wont let him work again until he pays for damages!!! Worst company to work for or do business with!”
