“The LoadUp team were so good. They kept us updated and delivered the furniture to a donation place of our choice. They were punctual and courteous. The team on the phone were also great.”

“The drivers/movers barely spoke English. They had to rearrange the items in the truck just to fit my items in, which took a long time. I saw them throwing the items in the snow, despite my request to attempt to donate the items, which would require them to be in good condition. It took over an hour to load 3 items, even though nothing required disassembly. A frustrating experience, but I guess that's what you get when you go with a cheaper company. I won't be using them again.”

“Noah, the loader, was such a pleasant and hard working young man. He was very empathetic as to how hard cleaning out my mom's house was for me. I really appreciated his understanding. I will use him again for my next project!”

“I asked for an am delivery as I had an appointment in the afternoon. The driver replied he’d be there about noon. At 1:45 I called to tell him I had to leave and would reschedule. He replied he could be there at 4. He finally arrived about 5 pm. Screwed up my whole day”

“The loader wanted.to be there an hour and 1/2 hrs earlier than scheduled. I CONTACTED him and told him that wasn't possible. He was not happy about it; I.could tell. My daughter and friend are.new.to the area as of today. My daughter said they acted irritated/ and they complained when they carried the mattress upstairs. 😒 They were done within 40 minutes(I paid for 2 hrs although I told the guy I originally spoke/scheduled with that I didn't think it would take over an hour) and left. Having someone helped the young women, of course but, my daughter did not tip them because of their attitudes.”

“Setting up junk removal online was very easy and straight forward. Pricing was more than fair and they showed up the next day when they said they would and removed the junk very quickly. Highly recommend for any of your junk removal needs.”
