Amazing job for only 2 people. The only negative was that they arrived 45 minutes past the time frame provided.

Second time I have used load up. Both have been a positive experience and relatively pain free. Had some questions after the weekend AI quote . Called during the regular work week, was transferred to a sales rep and everything was resolved. The customer service and the pick up service on both occasions met and/or exceeded my expectations. When the junk builds up , I am calling load up.

You know it’s a predatory company when they don’t give you the cancellation policy until after you’ve paid 😂 According to the tracker, they were going to arrive between 6 and 7, so I get there at around 5.30 to get things ready. I’m expecting a call soon because they call you 30 minutes in advance, right? Mind you, it’s a rental I’m vacating, so the power is off. It’s 100 degrees outside. Finally I call the company at around 6.15 and they tell me they’ll be there in 5 minutes. Great, love the communication skills displayed here. When I do arrive, I tell them it would have been nice to know they were coming, and the guy is at pains to tell me that he did text me and shows me his phone. Okay? It doesn’t even display my number, so it’s no proof he contacted ME. Whoever sets up communication between customers and employees needs to be retrained. (Yes, they had my number down correctly, I checked when I called.) While the gentleman and I are discussing this, the woman butts in and interrupts me to ask what I need done. Well, first of all, I told you on the website. You know what needs to be done, you just wanted to talk over the other individuals who are speaking. Second of all: don’t interrupt? I thought that was pretty basic customer service. This was a super easy job for them, they were done in 15 minutes, but still managed to fail every aspect.

Ramon was great in communicating their arrival. That was really helpful. All movers were polite, courteous and careful with the things to be moved. Would definitely use again Edie Simpson

LoadUp = GOAT Status (Just Like Ronaldo!) LoadUp came through like champions. Booking was fast, the price was locked in with no surprises, and the team showed up right on time. They were friendly and efficient. If you want a junk removal service that performs like a legend, LoadUp is the Ronaldo of this game. I’ll absolutely be using them again.

Driver was over 20 minutes past the 4-8pm window. I moved my mattress outside my self since they were so late so I could set up my new on. A 4 hour window is a long time and coming after the timeframe was not what I was expecting

Very impressed by this company. You are given a quote based on items to be picked up. I was able to arrange a pickup on short notice and all was removed in a timely manner. Great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

Derek and Zack, with Canopy Kings Yard and Tree Care just removed a mattress from our house. Their professionalism and friendly attitude was well appreciated. The speed in which they worked was an added bonus also. If you need any work that this company can provide, use them!

On 7/22/25, I paid $129 to LoadUp for a junk removal service in Las Vegas (ZIP 89148) that was never delivered. Despite multiple texts confirming my refund was being processed, I have yet to receive any email confirmation or see the refund reflected on my credit card. The company outsources pickups to third-party contractors who can decline jobs at the last minute, and communication throughout was slow, vague, and unreliable. I was originally scheduled for 7/26 (8 AM–12 PM), but that was canceled. I was rescheduled for 7/27 (12 PM–4 PM), and after more stalling, no one ever showed. By 5:30 PM Sunday, I had wasted my entire weekend waiting around with no resolution and requested a full refund. I now have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to LoadUp’s continued failure to follow through. I have full documentation of the entire exchange. If you're looking for professional, timely service—look elsewhere.

The two individuals that came to my place did an excellent job. They were prompt, efficient, and personable. I can’t think of anything that would have made this service better. They hit all the key parts.
