“Originally given a window of 8a.m-12p.m that was changed to anytime up till 8 p.m. They did not arrive until 9:30 p.m. Though they were very efficient once they got here. Latoya did keep me informed of delays,which I appreciated.”

“Requested a custom removal service using pictures to identify exact amount. Remover was sent with incorrect size truck and did not complete the job. LoadUp refuses to provide an answer as to why they cannot have someone return to complete the work or refund a reasonable amount. Be weary of this scam.”

“It was very easy to schedule my king size matress set up and removal. Jack showed up at the beginning of my appointment window. So I didn't have to wait 4 hrs. Everything worked perfectly and he hauled all packing materials away.”

“I asked for my stuff to be donated. Most of it still in there original boxes. First time a team came out they had a trailer that was covered with spilled paint. Obviously they were going to the dump. I did not accept those loaders. So load up sent new drivers out who specialize in sorting and donating or recycling. I worked next to Chris and Frank during the project and got to speak with them. They were awesome and they are the reason this went to 4 star. Also customer service was willing to send a new team so that was very helpful as they understood the situation. If they had sent me Chris and Frank the first time, hands down, 5/5!”

“The two gentlemen kept me advised as to when they were going to arrive. They then called when they were 30 minutes out. When they arrived they verified what was being taken out. They were punctual, professional and they were amazing!”

“The actual pick up was quick, but the experience beforehand was incredibly frustrating. I tried several times to add another item both over the phone and through text and was unable to do so. Now I need to figure out getting rid of my bed frame separately.”
