“The unloaders were fast, efficient and thoughtful. They did a great job. I would recommend LoadUp to family or friends. My kids were tired from 10 days packing and loading. We only had my daughter and son-in-law on the unloading end. It would have been too much for the two of them. Very grateful. The price was affordable for me.”

“I booked a $300 junk-removal pickup with LoadUp for Sunday 9/21 to remove two refrigerators and a washing machine. My confirmed service window was 12–4 pm, and I was told I’d receive a text or email confirmation by 8 am. That confirmation never came. I called customer service at 8:30 am, 11 am, and 2:40 pm—each time I was told they still couldn’t confirm a driver or technician. At 3 pm, I finally received a text saying no service team was available to complete my pickup today and that I could either reschedule or call back for a refund after the 4 pm window. I have yet to receive that refund. I rearranged my entire day to be available and paid in full upfront, only to be left without service, without confirmation, and—so far—without my money back. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. I cannot recommend a company that takes payment in advance and then fails to provide even basic communication or accountability.”

“I could not be happier! The company kept me posted about where my loaders were and when they'd be arriving. They were actually early! They texted me when they were on the way here and again when they pulled up outside my building. They were consummate professionals: Friendly, efficient, and extremely respectful. Thank you so much for an outstanding job. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone.”

“Called on Thursday afternoon, they made my appointment for the next day, I got to choose the time of pickup. Pickup driver was very polite and professional. Would highly recommend for quick removal of junk!! Called an hour before getting here with time of arrival and was spot on!”
