“LoadUp is a convenient and fast way to get a local moving team to help you out! Arturo was the local provider that helped me out - fast, caring and efficient service - kudos. If you use pictures to send to load up of your items, make sure you look carefully through their summary of items before booking. They missed some of the items in the pictures which confused the local provider and delayed the process, but LoadUp was able to solve the problem - bravo !”

“ponte vedra, fl ZERO STARS, BLACKHOLE 3 attempted pick ups, 3 windows missed. 3 pick up "partners" who accepted the assignment then did not show, text and did not answer their phone after non arrival. 2 days wasted waiting around for these guys, had the nerve to mention a cancel fee! Nightmare. 20 rings each time for customer service to pick up; one person just hung up. Clowns”

“Service was excellent. Quote was provided quickly and job scheduled within 2 days. Two men were very kind, fast and careful with moving mattresses- thank you Kendrick for offering to start my car when you heard the battery was dead. That’s just going above and beyond.”

“The order was scheduled to be picked up yesterday between 8am and 12pm. They did not show to pick up the order yesterday. At 4pm I finally received communication stating they couldn't make it that day. Is 0 stars an option?”
