“Great service! Scheduled a pick up of a Queen mattress and box springs on Wednesday for a Friday morning pickup. LoadUp sent confirming text and email regarding my pickup immediately. Then followed up with other messages telling me that my loader would be Julian and that he was on his way. Julian did a great job! Great experience!”

“Their GPS ZZwas really incorrect. My son and I stayed on the phone and guided them Then picked up my mattress, to be returned to QVC for a refund, in an open bed pickup truck. Don't know if it got dirty because of them .”

“Hurrah for Load Up! I am so glad to have found a service to clear out an apartment where tenants had left furniture and kitchenware that was actually good quality and in good condition. “LoadUp should get 50 stars, not 5, for its unparalleled service. One sofa, one big chair, one rocker -- 5 minutes and it was out the door and gone. The customer service for setting up the appointment and keep me informed was beyond brilliant. If this company ever goes public, I'll be buying the stock!”
