“Great communication ! They were hired to assembly Helix foundation, frame and mattress and remove all our old bedding. We had all assembly completed prior to their arrival bc of a mix w/ helix, not Load Up. That left them to simply remove the old mattress box springs and metal bedframe which we had broken down and waiting right by front door. It was a breeze. They were very nice, prompt and respectful of our property.”

“They texted a day ahead of scheduled delivery to let me know there was opportunity for an earlier date if I wanted. This was much appreciated. Communication throughout the day was good and names of drivers and phone numbers shared. Service was efficient.”
