“I was scheduled for 8am-12pm. Never heard anything. I had to call. The agent on the phone was very helpful, he got me scheduled for 1pm-4pm. The driver showed up late by himself. He struggled with the old and new mattress, definitely a two man job. If this is white glove service I will never use it again. I will let Cariloha my dissatisfaction with the service.”

“Customer service updates were frequent; the Loader was friendly and worked quickly; but scheduling was miscommunicated. The original 4-hour window was missed due to an apparent scheduling conflict with another customer, and the pick-up was consequently rescheduled for the following day.”

“Andrew called and said they could arrive early which was great! His crew was very friendly, and very professional. They took extra care not to step on any plants in the garden while removing the sofa. I would definately recommend and consider using Load-Up again... especially Andrew and his crew!”
