“They did not remove all junk as agreed upon, the guys who came to my house asked me for an additional $200.00 “off the record” as they mentioned, when I refused to give them money outside of the agreed upon pricing they started dumping stuff off of the truck that was already packed up and ready to go, their behavior was very extortionate, won’t even use them again and I am in the process of litigation.”

“An excellent team that worked quickly and hard. Carried very heavy furniture down 3 flights of stairs without without damage to walls, furniture or them selves. Well, worth the money!”

“This is my second time using this company. Super easy and convenient! This time I was able to get a pick up the next day, and I was able to put my loveseat outside to be picked up while I was at work. I would definitely recommend. Will use again in the future, if needed.”

“When they arrived I thought there was no way they had enough room. I had 3 large piles and David visualized how and in what order it would be packed. They worked efficiently and then safely secured the load for transport. I was impressed.”

“Load Up made it super easy and inexpensive to donate my Mother's furniture. I couldn't bear the thought of throwing away her furniture and Load Up made it simple. I am relieved to know that her furniture will go to those in need! The loaders were patient, kind, thorough, and professional! Highly recommend!”

“I have seldom experienced such excellent service. Because I was requesting something outside their usual routine there were some difficulties in communication at times but my every message received a reply until matters were clarified. The man who did the job went out of his way to meet my needs. I will work with LoadUp again very soon”
