“I asked for my stuff to be donated. Most of it still in there original boxes. First time a team came out they had a trailer that was covered with spilled paint. Obviously they were going to the dump. I did not accept those loaders. So load up sent new drivers out who specialize in sorting and donating or recycling. I worked next to Chris and Frank during the project and got to speak with them. They were awesome and they are the reason this went to 4 star. Also customer service was willing to send a new team so that was very helpful as they understood the situation. If they had sent me Chris and Frank the first time, hands down, 5/5!”

“The two gentlemen kept me advised as to when they were going to arrive. They then called when they were 30 minutes out. When they arrived they verified what was being taken out. They were punctual, professional and they were amazing!”

“The actual pick up was quick, but the experience beforehand was incredibly frustrating. I tried several times to add another item both over the phone and through text and was unable to do so. Now I need to figure out getting rid of my bed frame separately.”

“Nick and his wife were great! Very friendly and thorough. They were in contact with me keeping me updated on their arrival. We walked the property when they arrived to confirm their pick up, and they finished under an hour. Will definitely use LoadUp again for trash removal!”
