“NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE!! The haulers were prompt and friendly, but after they left I noticed that they had broken a planter pot in my stairwell. Soil and pieces of the ceramic planter were scattered down the stairs. I filled out a claims form and was told that they would not cover the damage because it was cosmetic. Nevermind that the planter will now leak water all over the floor because half the saucer is missing!!! I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Keep a close eye on the haulers the entire time - lesson learned for me but I won’t be using them ever again.”

“First time using them. They were ontime and courteous. Got right to work. Had the refrigerator out the door in no time will use them again. Their fee was very reasonable!!”

“We had some heavy items that we could not handle to throw away. We found this company on line and they were great. Communicated well, took our stuff and saved our backs and time with trying to dispose of awkward, heavy items from our house. We will use them in the future.”

“The app made it super clear when the guys were coming. I needed a piano removed from my basement. There was a tight space to get it out through my garage. The piano was untunable so it was trash. They made it out super quick and were kind and courteous.”

“First of all,I have not written a review prior to this one. Secondly, your loader partially dismantled the box but left the screws where they fell on the deck. I asked him to take a couple of flower pots which I thought he was going to do but he left without them.Your loaders had to use my dolly to handle the subject box because they didn’t have one.I don’t know who sent you the earlier review but it was not me.”

“Since I had no accommodations at the location of my pick ip order, I requested that the driver arrive early, if possible, during the 4 hour window. That is exactly what occurred. The item was very heavy, Daniel tooknit in his stride - loaded and departed in what seemed not much more than 15 minutes. Thumbs up for Load Up - 100% satisfaction for courteous service.”

“I hired LoadUp for wardrobe assembly after sharing my design and receiving a quote. On the service day, two workers came but said the job wasn’t clearly explained to them. They worked briefly, left, and promised to return—but never did. LoadUp rescheduled for the next day, but again, no one showed up. After multiple calls, I still have no resolution. Only about 40% of the work is done, and my room and closet are left in complete disarray with parts and boxes everywhere. Very frustrating experience. I don’t believe I should be charged for incomplete service.”
