“I appreciated the guaranteed pricing when I made the reservation. You do prepay for the service but I used another junk removal service for my spare bedroom furniture and the haggling was unpleasant for me. The assigned crew showed up on time and the communication was excellent on the day of the removal. Would definitely use again!”

“LoadUp customer service was very helpful in scheduling my order. The only issue I had was that on the day of my pick up, I noticed that my price went up $10 due to an area service fee increase. Other than that, I had a good experience. My loaders were amazing. They arrived within my scheduled time, were kind, respectful, and professional They were very careful bringing down the furniture from the second floor. Overall, good experience.”
