“Load up was very good about keeping me up to date on when the order was going to be arriving for set up and even a phone number was provided if needed to call. Our driver and his wife were very efficient and friendly and had our new adjustable bed set up in no time. Thank you Load-up for providing your service.”

“This company is wonderful! The process to schedule a pick up was so easy, the loader communicated clearly with me regarding arrival time, and showed up on time. Anthony was professional and very polite and made quick work of hauling something away for my mom, that she and I certainly could not have hauled away by ourselves. I absolutely recommend this company to everyone!!!”

“Honestly very poor service. They definitely did the blame game even though they were trying to not do the bling game, but they were trying to blame everyone. They blamed who hired them. They blamed the circumstances and came up with a lot of excuses to try to not take my stuff even though everything was communicated effectively and unfortunately being in California during raining weather is not necessarily something I can control. It was also disclosed that the mattresses were outside. They kept making it sound like they were going to take my box springs which were already mad that they were two of them due to it being a California king so having two twin XL box springs but making it seem like they were not going to take the mattress after all and just leave it the way that it is even though I've already paid for the service. After finally leaving for a short period and coming back with the box springs as they should have just got one out first. They decided to try to put the mattress on top of the box spring but told me I had to help them as though me paying for the service wasn't adequate enough so I had to help them through the rain to try to get this off because they had to do it in one trip. Even though once they did get it to go they ended up dropping it halfway. I waited outside on my porch waiting to see if they would come back if I needed to sign any paperwork and then they just left so I assume they took everything with them. I personally would not hire this company again nor do I really want to work with this company again.”

“Service was questionable. LoadUp could not honor the time they promised as they source out the job to independent contractors. They did their best, but there is a disconnect between sales/scheduling and fulfillment. Trying to connect orders to contractors should take place when the order is placed, not the day of. I had to cancel an appointment because they were unsure if they could find someone to do the pickup. The independent contractor who picked up the order was great though!”

“Scheduled from 8a-noon. I did not receive a call at 8 am. So I texted at 8:40. Was informed closer to lunch. I asked “11?” And was told around 12. Since they had to empty a dumpster first. I’m emptying my mother’s apartment so I got to the apt before noon. I receive a text at 11:54 that they had a long line and were in Greenville, SC so it would be 2pm. I asked about a discount and was referred to contact someone. They showed up at 2:15p. They were quick to move a few box springs , mattresses and a tv. Time is money for the clients too…”
