“Mike came to our rescue and loaded up the recliner sofa and off he went. I would’ve preferred to have seen two gentlemen because I felt like it was a lot for Mike to do by himself but he handled it beautifully according to my husband who answered the door. Mike made it a five star experience all the way around. I had contacted and gone on websites to complete information and get an estimate on having a reclining sofa removed and taken away but what I found was all butt load up didn’t have any way of giving you an estimate until they actually saw what you had, at least that was my experience with the other three vendors I contacted. I am just not OK with asking for a job to be done without knowing what it’s going to cost and although the estimate was free of charge and if I wasn’t happy they would just leave I’m guessing that the majority of people once they’re there just go ahead and get rid of whatever it is they wanna get rid of regardless of the cost unless it’s just above their means. The pricing at Load Up was reasonable. I had tried to donate the couch however it did have some cat scratches on one of the ends of the sofa and I understood why they felt they might have challenges selling it, so my recourse was to pay to get rid of it. The process of setting the date and time was very easy per their website. They contacted me as they said they would after we were assigned a driver to make sure we hadn’t changed our mind or something hadn’t happened to where we would not be available. We could not get the sofa out to the curb so we needed to be home when it was picked up. This was a great experience and I will use them again! I had requested they arrive between 12 and four and they did exactly that. Great company!”

“My first experience using LoadUp. Used 1-800-Got-Junk in the past more than once but I must say when I came across LoadUp on the Internet and tried them instead they were far better hands down. I recommend them and will use them again in the future. Price was very reasonable and they came as fast as they could. The two men that came were very friendly and professional.”
