“Excellent communication on items to be picked up, changes to the order. Excellent communication on when to expect driver, his name. Driver and his assistant were courteous, punctual, careful with loading. I’m extremely happy with this company. They make it a wonderful customer service experience in all phases. Would recommend highly.”

“Working with LoadUp was super easy. The value is amazing. It took the drivers some time to arrive due to being backed up on a previous job. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of items and/or wants them donated. Can't beat the price, communication, and professionalism of LoadUp!”

“The process was simple and easy. Pricing was up front and appropriate. No hidden fees or exceptions. It was simple to get next day scheduling and the team that came out was friendly and personable.
