“I really liked the up front pricing. No surprises, no padding the bill. The only problem was that I was told that I would get a call 30 minutes before they arrived. I received a text saying they were on the way. I rushed to the storage facility and waited 2 1/2 hours. They were on the way to Long Island from Connecticut with traffic! I would use them again is spite of the poor communication.”

“The unloaders were fast, efficient and thoughtful. They did a great job. I would recommend LoadUp to family or friends. My kids were tired from 10 days packing and loading. We only had my daughter and son-in-law on the unloading end. It would have been too much for the two of them. Very grateful. The price was affordable for me.”

“Super sketchy and disappointing. Called on a Sunday morning to get a washer removed. Immediately called back to reschedule since I had to go on a big work trip and got dinged $20 for nothing. What a joke. Hire some college kids instead. There was no cost to this company, didn’t care about the customer and just taking advantage.”

“First thing in the morning I got a txt and email about load up doing the pickup and 30 minutes before the guys arrive the call to let me know the time they are at my location, they work very fast they do an amazing job very professional very careful I will recommend loadUp and if I ever need I will use the service again!
