“Was pleased with service and so convenient with the online scheduler. Was able to have someone pick up my old couch the next day. Only thing was they came a lot earlier than the window time frame requested. So I had to rush home to meet them. Other than that I am looking forward to using their service again.”

“Confirmed my appointment but never kept to the window of service pick up not once but TWICE and wanted to reschedule my service pick up for a THIRD TIME AS A NEW CUSTOMER. Not happy at all.”

“Initially had a slightly off experience, as the team assigned to me canceled at the last moment after I had waited all day. But, after calling customer support, I was assigned a new team, and they came the next day and did a great job with assembling the furniture I had purchased. They were friendly, got the task done, and at these prices it's hard to complain.”

“The loader was wonderful and on time. Really helpful. The company is dishonest. Tried to add on charges by changing item descriptions once the loader was there. The item descriptions were provided by a customer service representative the prior day.”

“Daniel arrived within the scheduled time to haul away some large fencing sections from my parent's house. He was friendly and fast and it was a great relied to my mom to have this taken care of so easily. The booking process and the pickup process were both so easy, and it was a great value!”
