“I initially went with them because they had an upfront price that I thought was reasonable. When I ended up getting a counter offer from a different company that was half the amount than goloadup I decided to cancel. I was then told I would have to pay a 20% fee for cancelling, even though it was 5 days ahead of time. I would totally understand if it were within 24 hours, but 5 days ahead is completely unreasonable. BUYER BEWARE... you better be sure you're getting the best deal and if you try to back out, even with plenty of notice they will charge you 20% of your initial total!!”

“My original window was 7-8 pm. I got a text that they were on their way at 6:09 pm, and then they didn’t show up until 8:40 pm. They said there was an accident that slowed them down. I called at 8:10 because I hadn’t heard anything from them and they said they were a few minutes away, and still didn’t show up for 30 minutes. They didn’t seem super prepared or professional. It was overall a very frustrating experience.”

“Ordered a pickup on a Friday and they picked up a chair and sofa on Saturday. Very fair pricing and great service. Just left them in the driveway and got a little discount as well. Highly recommended.”

“Andre and the various other load up movers who have come to my house have done a phenomenal job! Earlier today- Andre helped to clear out items from 2 garages and 1 sitting room. He even took items from Good Will. He was very professional. I love Load Up and I highly-recommend them!”

“I am a first time customer of LoadUp and was very satisfied with the prompt communication received via email and text about my order. Everything was smooth leading up to the retrieval of my item and I was able to choose the organization that would be receiving it from a dropdown list when scheduling online. A discount was also applied for booking with them through their website which I appreciated. Thank you!”

“The customer service was good but they had given me a window from 8 to 12 but it changed from and I sat all day waiting for them to come. It was an inconvenience because I couldn’t have done some other things with my day. The driver that picked up the article that I had was very pleasant and very professional. They just kept me waiting all day long.”
