“The guys that picked up my junk couch were awesome, very polite and even when they had to move a heavy piece of furniture out of the way they asked me where I would like it, they didn’t have to do that. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of scheduling. I originally had it scheduled the day before but the called last minute to reschedule next day, I had to take time off again to be there in that 4 hour window.”

“Anthony, our LoadUp person, was fantastic! Communicated with me throughout the day re arrival time, was efficient and thorough and extremely nice! And prior to this, LoadUp communicated with me clearly and thoroughly to arrange the appointment (which was for a new mattress/box spring setup and takeaway of old). Altogether, my experience w LoadUp was PERFECT. They did everything they said they’d do, when they said they’d do it, and they did it perfectly. Highly recommend!”

“I was given a 4 hour window today for someone to be at my house, between 8 AM and Noon. When the 4 hour window passed and no one had shown up nor had anyone reached out to me, I made 2 calls to ask what was going on. I was surprised when the second representative with whom I spoke basically told me that the 4 hour window was not a given and then he asked me if I could wait a little longer. Apparently customer service is not a priority nor is there much respect for customer wait time.”

“Every member of the team was very professional from the team member who answered the phone to the driver who came to take away the mattress. Communication was excellent and I was notified every step of the way! Will definitely call again when I have more junk to be hauled away.”
