“Excellent experience. 2professional and pleasant gentleman showed up after letting me know in time. Went straight to work. Very pleased with the entire process. Just placed the pickup yesterday. Couldn’t ask for better.”

“Oscar did a great job! Per my request, he contacted me about 20 minutes before arrival. He was punctual. He cleaned up a bit of dust left by my worn mattress. By himself, he removed my old king mattress and box springs and set up the new foundation and mattress. 100% positive.”

“We had an appointment for pickup from 12-4pm and it's now 5:30 and the driver is no longer responding. We waited around all day for this for nothing. What a waste of time”

“Terrell & Ray were amazing, worked quickly and were so friendly and made the process very enjoyable. I know I will be reaching out to these guys for future projects for sure. I couldn’t have asked for a better team than what I witnessed from them. You will not be disappointed or unsatisfied if they are the ones who show up for the job. It was also a last minute same day pick up which is unheard of in my past experience!!!!!! Thank you so much Terrell and Ray.”

“Absolute waste of my time. Reservations made one month out, confirmed reservation each week prior to the date. On the morning of, Load Up simply sends a text that they’re not coming but I can reschedule if needed. Plenty of companies providing this service, look elsewhere including homeless day laborers.”

“We used Load Up because we needed to get rid of our queen size mattress. They did a wonderful job! They were on time and very polite and hard-working! I would highly recommend Load Up to anyone who needs to clean out their apartment or home!”
