“The LoadUp team was excellent! There were spiders in the cinder blocks but Sheena worked through it by purchasing spider spray. The other team members disassembled the rigid plastic cover and used it to transport the 90 some cinder blocks. Very good teamwork. The team was cheerful, friendly and hard working and would not leave until the job was done - despite the spiders.”

“The LoadUp team was excellent! There were challenges with this removal, but they handled it very well. There were spiders in the cinder blocks but Sheena handled it by purchasing spider spray (indoor/outdoor). I suggested they finish it on a different day but Sheena and the others worked until it was finished. The team also disassembled the rigid cover and put it on the ground to make the transport easier of the cinder blocks in their small cart. I was so happy to get this task done by this cheerful, friendly and hard working team. They're the best!”

“Its 5 with 5 very bright stars. Abraham A. and his partner went beyond my expectations. I'll say that in my moving expenses thus far, this is the best money I've spent. The initial assessment for the space I wanted to move stuff to was that it was small. However, he professionally arranged the stuff such that everything was accommodated. I did not expect this as part of the service.”

“We were told that the service window would be between 12 noon and 4 pm, and that we would be contacted to confirm an ETA. At 3:50 pm no one called so I contacted the person who was assigned and he said it would take him 45 minutes to arrive and that he was doing the job alone. I told him there was no way he could move the 2 pieces by himself, so he said he’d have to get a helper and that it would be 1.5 hours later rather than 45 minutes. Ultimately 3 different people arrived at 4:50 pm and removed the sofa. We were happy with them as they did it quickly and were very professional. I would have given a better review if the 3 did the job within the timeframe and if we had better communication about what was happening. Honestly the lack of communication from the original person assigned to the job and his lack of understanding of the scale of the job affected my review.”

“The LoadUp team of 3 arrived on time, listened to my instructions related to what was to be taken and what was to be left alone. They worked diligently, cleaning out my attic and cleaning up a whole lot of junk from other areas of the house. Very friendly and respectful. We will definitely book LoadUp again!”

“Had to cancel an hour after booking due to scheduling conflicts. Outside of their 15 minute cancellation policy, seriously? 15 minutes? Then they can just farm 20%, for nothing. Great.”

“Tried to cancel the order 2 hours after creating it but it was outside their 15 minute "policy" and they refused to cancel without a 20% fee. I recommend you find someone else to do pickup for you. Keep in mind that LOADUP does not do the pickup, they just pay a local group in your area to do it anyways.”
