now on the 3rd reschedule with no contact except an email that says oh, now we're coming on Monday between 8 and 12. I picked the original time because we'd made arrangement to actually be here, and in every case the only communication was just an email - no questions about whether it would actually work for us, nothing. So I cancel and reschedule other stuff, then the night before another note that says they've rescheduled me for another day and time. I'm not sure these guys actually even exist. I'm beginning to think I've been scammed.

Excellent service from beginning to end. A person answered the phone & scheduled my pickup. I was kept informed for time of pickup which was ahead of time. I was not at the location of pickup but Anthony called to tell me pickup was completed!!

Overall wouldn’t recommend as the independent contractor used left a lot to be desired. I’ll need to retract my recommendation to our concierge team as well. Good luck if you use them and hope you get a better subcontractor than I did. Ended up messing up my floors so now I’m frantically trying to clean them so it doesn’t damage them too much. Still visible even after the darkest parts are cleaned with Clorox.

They came SAME day and I called them 4 pm on a Saturday. 150$ for 3 huge couches. Very prompt exactly on time. Can't ask for better service. I'm blown away. Really helped me when I was having a rough month.

They have rescheduled on me three times. I can’t ever get anyone on the phone to talk to. My items were supposed to be picked up two weeks ago and they rescheduled me again so now it’ll be three weeks and waiting.

They hold all the cards by making you pay ahead of time and not contacting you by phone until the day of the move, but it's worth it as they are very professional, on time, and very efficient. Ben, our driver, repurposes everything he takes which made me feel good about giving away some fairly nice items. Their email communications prior to moving day were helpful. Great experience!

The men were courteous, task oriented and prompt, they said they had tried to call, but my roommate wasn't picking up. When I had made the appointment, I said I got out of work at 6:30. I Did get out at 6:10. So the only thing to improve service would be able to communicate it to the drivers. I had called earlier today, and left my #

This was my first time using LoadUp and it was great! My driver, Lawrence (Larry) arrived on time, was quick, polite and professional, and then my old stuff was gone. I couldn’t be happier with the service and will definitely use them, and hopefully Larry again.

I have a scheduled pick up today. The driver did not call me until the end of pickup window. He said that he's all by himself & could not get the couches. I took off from work, so I could get this done. The driver re-scheduled for the following day. I'll update the review then. I'm not happy that I have to waste my day waiting only to find out that the it's cancelled. It's very inconsiderate. I do not know if ever use this service again.

I would recommend this company if you have outdoor junk that needs to be hauled. However, inside furniture that needs removal should not be trusted by Load Up to be removed without further damage to your home. The drivers are individually contracted and Load Up takes no responsibility for any damage that is done inside your home. It has take me 5 weeks and constant emailing and phone calls to have the company reimburse me for damage done to my walls at the expense of the drivers who moved my couch in such a haphazard and inefficient way that I'm surprised no one got injured or further damage wasn't done to my property.

The gentleman was very good at removing the sectional and packing it on to the truck I was very impressed. I really didn’t think everything would fit He also was very helpful when I filled out the information on his phone. Very helpful and patient as this was a first for me .Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Aaron and Chelsea were amazing!! They worked so efficiently with loading my items . They were very professional and nice .They kept me informed of their arrival time and they were not a minute late .I highly recommend these two !!! It was a great experience all around . Give them a raise a bonus and a royal salute !!!!! I will always use Load up in the near future !!!!
