“I had a couch pick up and Rayan was punctual and courteous. He was without assistance but still removed the couch. I would definitely recommend him and this company. I will also keep them open for further needs”

“What a find this company was! We had an old large elliptical that we wanted to give away and was not sure who could help. We found LoadUp online, booked a pick up window time and were very pleased. We signed up for the text alerts and were kept posted every step of the way. Roderick and Jay were helpful, respectful and patient while they were here. We will definitely use this service if the need arises again!”

“I had a very heavy old upright freezer. It was not easy to get it out of my house. Jack and Vickie were troopers and worked until they got the freezer out. So thankful for them. They were on time and called to let me know they were on the way. Very happy with my experience. The only downside was that payment needed to be made before the service was completed.”

“Very professional, communication was always text or auto call. Received auto call, a day before scheduled appointment. I made it convenient, safe, clear and non-hazardous path, as instructions insisted to do so before Loaders arrives. They were in and out at a descent time frame.”

“This is a scam. I booked 12 days in advance and paid. Driver did not show up. I was not even told this until almost halfway into the four hour window. I was not guaranteed another date or time but told I would be called back. I waited almost an hour and called another service that showed up in 30 minutes, and did not demand upfront payment before showing up. LoadUp will not refund my money based on some technicality they claim (being allowed to reschedule anytime into the future whenever it is convenient for them). I would never use this company again.”

“Pick up scheduled for a Friday, noon to 4PM. No pick up. I called, then used the provided text number to find out what happened. No response. The following day I initiated an on line chat. The reason given for the pickup failure: no elevator access. My house is street level, no stairs. The pick up was then rescheduled for Monday 8-noon, and confirmed. Moments ago I received a text rescheduling pickup to Thursday 8-noon. The text number does not allow a response. I checked the on line status of the order, it's Thursday.....unless there is a change! Let's see what happens THIS week!”

“Just Fantastic. Seamless, simple, easy and great price. Gerard and his partner did a fantastic job of removing my washer and dryer. Courteous, kind and most important on time. Had respect for my hard wood floors and walls. I guess all regions have their own LoadUP representative. I live in Rego Park, NY and I would highly recommend LoadUP.”
