“Absolutely 5 stars!! Customer service was on top of it, even when I needed to add another item for pickup at the last minute. Driver Josue was amazing! Very friendly, courteous and professional. Handled all of my needs perfectly! Will definitely be using LoadUp again when I have some other large items to remove!!”

“So very happy with my load up experience! Took Aaron and Michael about 10 minutes to load up a mattress, box spring, mirror, headboard and ironing board. Totally efficient and extremely polite. I highly recommend this Company! Money well spent!!!”

“The first confirmed appt with a Window time of 12:00-4:00 was quite disappointing as the driver ran behind but did not communicate with me. I first sent a text to check on time which got no response. Then an hour later a phone call at 2:45. The driver then told me he probably won’t make the time. It took me to call him and would not have known . Unprofessional as I had to pay ahead for the service. Wasted 4 hours of my time waiting which is disrespectful and only takes communication. New appt was made for the following day and the guys got the job done. Customer service set that up and gave them a second chance. Will have to really think about using them again.”

“The LoadUp staff were professional and kept me informed at all stages of the job. We were impressed because the service was very fast. We ordered the removal of a safe on Monday afternoon they arrived on Tuesday and removed the 400lbs safe. Will certainly use them again if the need arises. Overall we were very impressed.”

“Dean was great! Courteous and he arrived early/on-time! I was concerned at first, wondering if they would arrive since I purchased the service online way in advance. They were great, texting me that morning so I knew what to expect! I would hire Load Up again!”
