“I'm extremely happy with the services provided by LoadUp. Scheduling was a breeze, as was finding out how much the total cost would be. The date/time of pickup was clearcut and well defined, which made it much easier to have the items waiting outside to be picked up. When the team arrived to pick up, they were efficient and handled the task easily. In all, I am immensely happy with the service and so glad to know that this exists in my area, as I'm sure that I'll be utilizing this service again.”

“You sent one guy with a Honda Ridgeline to remove a king size mattress and a 65 inch tv. Both of which I had to help move and load. Totally unprofessional. I paid $175 for this "service". I will not use this company ever again.”

“The team has very good communication. Traffic impacted arrival time a bit, but they were quick to inform us of the slight delay. They safely removed a safe weighing around 1,250 lbs and were very professional.”

“My pickup driver, Brian, was PHENOMENAL! He was beyond pleasant, extremely courteous and polite, professional and a genuinely nice guy! Someone I'd like to go out and have a few beers with! Hey Load Up, you'd better make Brian a supervisor in charge of training and give him a much deserved RAISE AND PROMOTION!”

“The two gentlemen were very efficient and courteous. Took away old mattress & box springs, frame, cardboard and all the packing. Set up new Bear mattress and adjustable bed frame. So happy that we used Bear mattress White Glove Service. It was well worth it.”
