“They were prepared for the pickup and ready in 3 minutes. Picked up the mattresses and ready to leave in 7 minutes. Fast efficient and friendly. I will use them again.”

“Edward was the gentleman who came and picked up our furniture. What a jewel! Pleasant, professional, efficient. The whole experience was very positive and EASY! So glad we found LoadUp as we were in a bind to get some furniture out of the house and were thrilled they were willing to get it donated to a charity we love.”

“Completely disappointed in the service with this company. Had time window and after repeat calling and texting the provided Mover, was told after the window time that they had a flat tire on the trailer. I get it things happen, but I truly believe that tire issue happened way earlier then my appointment and I wasn’t a problem until after my window was missed. Then we were moved to 12-4, then at 4 they missed that window, and I went and got a truck myself. Now they make money off them, not living up to the contract they provided. At 7:30 8 hours after the provided time someone was on their way, these people are worse than the Cable company. I should have stayed with 1800 GOT JUNK.”

“We had a very heavy sleeper sofa that we wanted to donate and found LoadUp. Our loaders, Mark and Marissa were amazing! They were professional and courteous. They had to carefully maneuver down a narrow hallway and doors. Great experience!! I highly recommend LoadUp and Mark and Marissa!!!”

“They came out as promised in the time frame I submitted. They were vary polite and friendly. I enjoyed talking with the driver. He knew what he was doing and showing his helpers how to get everything into the trailer. Vary efficient and I would definitely recommend them. God bless.”
