“The delivery person who came to picked up a matress was acted like a program-robot, the way I felt. I had a small wooden bookshelf, 13" x 30" small bookshelf on top of a shelf. It was out of my reach with my height. I asked this tall guy, if he could move it to the desk next to where I could reach, but he couldn't do it. It's light and it would only took less than a few seconds to do it. Either this person or the company, they seemed running the business under severe restricted rules with a zero room for humanity.”

“I am a first time customer. When I called Loadup for the first time, I spoke to Gel, who answered the phone. Her pleasant voice and handling my questions were awesome!! When asked about pricing, there were no hesitation and no recommendation to send someone out to review the items I wanted to remove. Gel gave me the price quickly. I especially, was happy to be able to schedule the pick-up the next day. When Loadup arrived today, the gentlemen were, professional, quick, and polite. I would highly recommend "Loadup" to all my friends and family. Very Happy Customer from Bedford, MA GO PATSS!!!!”

“Firstly, the gentleman who showed up was friendly and helpful. However, he was by himself and just about not able to load, w/no ramp, a bigger and more awkward item. Without a ramp, he should have had a second person. I saw the name Katie as the driver and thought he might have someone else with him. In the end he did a great job and I am happy to have that stuff gone! :-)”
