“BEWARE!!!! SCAM!!!! If I could leave a review less than 1 I would! They damaged home and other items while trying to pick up one item we were trying to relocate! Didn't apologize and didn't make this right - just pointed the finger at 3rd parties!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Take it from this native - just another fluff company with red tape and excuses!”

“Nobody showed up for an appointment. Customer service called me to let me know that the loader wasn’t coming 15 mins after the arrival window. Despite customer service stating that, they still weren’t empowered to cancel or refund my order.”

“LoadUp makes junk hauling so easy - they have options for small or big loads, you pick the day and time, and everything is contactless. LoadUp has made it possible for me to get rid of tricky items (a gigantic old satellite dish), and large items I'm not able to haul to the dump myself. Thank you so much!”

“Excellent service! Estimate given over the phone, the price was very reasonable, it was easy to schedule, and the driver gave me 30 minutes notice, as promised. The man who moved everything out was great - so nice, concerned about being very careful, even being sure to close the door after moving each item so bugs would not get into the house! Will definitely use LoadUp again.”

“Fantastic customer service from the time I placed the order until it was picked up. Updates were timely (and accurate!) and the driver (Antwan) was very friendly, professional, and quickly completed the pickup. I'll definitely use LoadUp again.”
