“Original drive lied and a very good man pick our things up 2 hours late. Have to question the dispatcher or the original drive who said she was running later and would arrive in 45 minutes. What a damn joke. Don’t expect much from the company! The driver that finally pick out thing up was respectful and apologized.”

“The 2 men arrived early and called me before to see if that was ok. I was ready so they arrived and began removing my sectional. It was heavy so took time to get it downstairs. Leo and his helper were very friendly and respectful of everything. This job took maybe 35-40 minutes which was amazing! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to get rid of old stuff. They do donate if you ask them to- which I did. I already told my friend about this company because he has some things to donate!”

“Every comunication was excellent. Driver checked in. He was friendly. I needed some extra information for reimbursement and the support I received was immediate and helpful. I was a pickup. Definitely recommend them!”

“Paid $129 to have them remove my king box springs and mattress. Driver showed up while I was at work and loaded the box springs and stole my bed frame and left the mattress on my porch. The instructions clearly stated he was picking up a box springs and mattress and never mentions him removing my bed frame that I just purchased. Customer service is horrible and in my opinion definitely not worth the $129 especially if they have thieves working for them. I was told this guy might be illiterate and if that’s the case he shouldn’t be in charge of reading work orders. I have cameras and he spent a good 15 minutes moving the mattress around to get the bed frame. Very sketchy company. I’m giving them until tomorrow to return my bed frame before I file a burglary report. I would not recommend them or their company. Absolutely horrible experience. Plus I still have to pay to get my damn mattress removed.”

“BEWARE!!!! Yes I had a bad experience. Did not know these are subcontracted workers. Which is fine. But know who you're hiring, they put a huge gouge in our pergo floor removing a couch out of the living room. Then almost knocked the hallway light right out of its circuit. Until I told them they were going to knock it off! Just very unprofessional. I would not refer anybody to this company!! AGAIN BEWARE!!!!”

“The entire process was simple and efficient. Price was reasonable and I was able to get my 3 piece sectional couch picked up in just a few days. On pickup day the gentleman was nice and well mannered and got the couch out quickly! I will use LoadUp again in the future”

“The driver did not want to deliver the merchandise to the location that I had requested through the app and wanted to argued with me on where I wanted the items delivered to and I sent pictures of the items that I needed to be picked up. The original cost was $85 but the delivery driver requested $120.00 was not happy about the change in fees. But since he had loaded the items I agreed after we went back and forth on where I wanted the items to be taken to. Not happy with the final result”
