“In NZ, I placed my order in the late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when the gorgeous box was delivered less than 24 hours later. Thankyou so much for such excellent service. It is particularly convenient for me to use your service seeing I can’t easily choose products for my Australian children.”

“Hi All ,customer service , delivery reliability, quality of products were all very good. Receiptents of Easter hamper loved the products and a treat out of the ordinary. For me, pennies well spent to bring joy to others.”

“The courier failed to deliver the goods despite the recipient being at home. The courier lied about making an attempt to deliver causing a great deal of inconvenience. There’s no point having a delivery service if they do t deliver. It would’ve been easier for me to use Woolworths to purchase from and deliver the goods at Easter at a fraction of the cost and a reliable delivery service”

“Instructions were not followed. Extremely disappointed. I instructed to contact recipient on arrival , due to no access available into apartment block. The basket was left outside. This basket had cheese in it. Not good and very dangerous for health reasons.”
