“Amazing basket (the Deepest Condolences Sympathy Hamper) which the recipient loved (they even took a photo to send around with their thanks). Super easy online booking and the same day delivery fee (with delivery status updates) was worth the additional expenditure.”

“Customer service was amazing. Ordered over the phone and wrong address put on delivery. However when I received email about delivery and noticed it, made phone call, and very helpful assistant spent over an hour sorting it all out and redirecting. She kept me informed all the way along with phone calls and emails, and deserves a medal. Basket was delivered on time. Just wonderful.”
