I didn’t receive what was advertised in the pic... the pic showed a bottle of red that was specially wrapped in red for new year... but it was just ordinary bottle of red when delivered. Not worth what I paid

I made my order on 19th of December, for next day delivery which I had to pay extra for. This is because 20th is the last day that the recipient's office is open. Today, 07/01/2020, I got a call from StarTrack that the hamper still hasn't been delivered. The driver attempted 3 times and the office is closed. Obviously, the hamper was not delivered the next day. Very disappointed.

I have looked into this further for you and it appears the courier attempted to deliver your gift on the 20/12/19 at 11.21am although the business was closed at the time of delivery. They then attempted to deliver the gift another 4 times and on the 5th attempt the gift was delivered and signed for. Our customer service team have emailed through further details. Due to the recipient not being available at the time and it being unsafe to leave the gift the driver took your gift to the local post office for collection. My parcel never reached/arrived to recipient, and customer service didn't answer my last couple emails requesting details on my package.

I have looked into this further for you and can see our customer service team were in contact with you up until the 24th of December prior to our office closing over the Christmas break regarding your delivery. Apologies for the delay in response although as our office was closed from the 25th December until the 1st of January we were unable to respond to the emails you sent during this timeframe. Your hamper was delivered to the recipient on the 30th December. Customer service confirmed this via email on the 2nd of January. Not received. Not phoned. Perishable goods and not received. No real attempt to deliver. I paid for same day delivery but delivery was only poorly attempted 3 days later. Not what I expect ordering gourmet goods in the heat of Sydney.

I ordered a Christmas hamper on the 19th of December, it is now the 27th of December and my gift has still NOT been delivered!!!!!! Not happy at all

Packages never arrived. Person was home every single day to accept and the buzzer was never once pushed. No shipping notifications left. I emailed and I have yet to get a response.

Why would you ask me how the receivers of the basket felt if it is not to be delivered till next week. Also why send me invites to order baskets five days after I have already ordered one. Then I never received an answer from my email yesterday. You aren’t in sync with your business side & your irritating emails. That is easy to rectify in this e-commerce environment. Makes one think that your professional bar is quite low. I do hope my gift basket is of a high standard.

Hi. I ordered the basket on a Friday and received a call stating it could not be delivered on the following Monday as there were cold items in the basket. They stated it would be delivered on Tuesday and asked if that was acceptable. I was happy with this however it is now Thursday afternoon just before 3pm and the basket is yet to be delivered to the recipient. I am extremely disappointed. I have just been on the phone to find out more information (and been disconnected just now). They stated the package would be delivered today (before the phone hung up). This is simply not good enough as my work colleague has been extremely ill and I wanted the package delivered ASAP to cheer her up. Added to this, I have just checked my credit card and I have been charged twice for the package. Can somebody please contact me ASAP to talk about this experience.

very dissappointed in the service, my delivery was not done and i only found out until i had asked my Friend if she got his delivery. I had to ring your company to chase it up. So if i didn't ring my delivery would not have been made at all.

Absolutely terrible. Basket was not delivered on the date requested and I was not even notified that it wouldn't be. It wasn't until I reached out to Gourmet Basket about confirming it had been delivered that they informed me it hadn't because they "ran out of time". When you are providing a service that is date sensitive this is simply not good enough. A very disappointing experience.

Basket wasn’t delivered. It was for a birthday which has now been missed. Very disappointed. Especially as it’s probably been sat in a Depo all weekend and the food will now be ruined. No phone call to myself or the person who it was shipped to so I know it was not due to them not being able to deliver.
