“I ordered the Cheeseboard Celebration Hamper as a birthday gift for my sister, selecting the delivery date of 13.05.2025, which is her actual birthday. While I understand that occasional delivery delays may occur, the hamper not only failed to arrive on the scheduled date, but it also didn’t arrive the following day. It was finally delivered two days late on 15.05.2025. This delay completely defeated the purpose of the gift. My sister and her family had already left for a planned weekend getaway by the time it arrived, which I had carefully planned around. As a result, the cheese hamper has been left sitting unattended, which is not ideal for perishable food items.”

“What great products available! An amazing basked was able to be created and was much appreciated by the recipient. The ordering process was a little tricky when one too many products were added to the basket it wouldn't let them be removed easily resulting in the order having to start from scratch again.”

“Wide variety of gourmet baskets to suit every occasion, at very reasonable pricing. The recipient of our gift of a Gourmet Basket was thrilled & delighted with all the delicious goodies. It was the perfect way to say thank you. I was expecting delivery to take a couple of days and am thrilled to say the basket arrived the very next day after placing our order. All round excellent customer service. 10/10.”
