“Sadlythe internal packaging was old and cracked. Looked terrible for a new present. Quality control was not done with my two boxes ! Such a shame. See photos But delivery was lightning fast. Just the look of the boxes was depressing.”

“This is the second time we have used Gourmet Baskets and I can't thank them enough for their personalised service. Both times I wanted to order a basket, it was very last minute and they went out of their way to offer the best service. I found it was easier to call them after trying to order and really appreciate the helpfulness and their friendliness. Thank you so much again and we highly recommend.”

“My hamper was sent to Tasmania instead of of Perth. After notifying you I received no feedback. The Christmas hamper that was meant to arrive for Christmas only arrived on 31 December”

“I left it a little late to purchase a gift basket for Christmas, and I was OK with it being delivered after Christmas, but it was delivered the day before Christmas. Very pleasantly surprised. My mother loved it. The whole process was very easy. Lovely choices for gift baskets too. Thank you.”
