“I didn’t receive what was advertised in the pic... the pic showed a bottle of red that was specially wrapped in red for new year... but it was just ordinary bottle of red when delivered. Not worth what I paid”

“We are a service providing company that deals with the Asian community a lot. We brought 10 of the Chinese New Year joyful lucky hampers for gifts to our key Asian people we deal with. We were delighted with the responses we received when they were given the gifts. Every person commented on how beautiful the hampers were and how they had never seen anything like it before. A little gesture of thanks goes along way”

“A photo of the box the gourmet "basket" came in would have appreciated. I had been expecting an actual basket. The box was lovely – very good quality (I'm a graphic designer – it was a nice box). Also a big thanks to the person I spoke to on your online chat – very knowledgeable and helpful. He/she helped me find exactly what I wanted almost instantly! Also, thumbs up on the delivery, it arrived the morning of the day it was due. Awesome. Also, thanks to Rachel, who I spoke to on the phone when I called asking about the delivery. She was friendly and helpful and went out of her way to call the third party deliver-ers to confirm the delivery on the day, and called me back within 5 minutes. Amazing work team! (Just add a photo of the gift box please.) I'll be recommending you!”
