The hamper was fine but the customer service was really poor. I made an error with the address (wrong house number) & rang through about 15 minutes later to change it. The woman I spoke with was abrupt & unhelpful & told me that she wasn't sure if she could change it. I asked if she could email confirmation that it was done so the next day when I hadn't received confirmation I rang & spoke with another woman who confirmed with the person I'd spoken with the previous day that the address had been updated. It had not. Luckily the delivery person rang the recipient of the hamper.

I made my order on 19th of December, for next day delivery which I had to pay extra for. This is because 20th is the last day that the recipient's office is open. Today, 07/01/2020, I got a call from StarTrack that the hamper still hasn't been delivered. The driver attempted 3 times and the office is closed. Obviously, the hamper was not delivered the next day. Very disappointed.

Hello Ada Thank you so much for reaching out. Apologies that your gift didn't arrive on your chosen gift delivery date. I have looked into this further for you and it appears the courier attempted to deliver your gift on the 20/12/19 at 11.21am although the business was closed at the time of delivery. They then attempted to deliver the gift another 4 times and on the 5th attempt the gift was delivered and signed for. Our customer service team have emailed through further details. The gourmet basket I ordered has not been received by Sister Amiet. I received a note from the Rose Bay post office to say that the parcel was there. Sister Amiet is 90 years old and has been unable go to the post office. I'm in Brisbane, and have not been able to contact the post office. I'm concerned that the parcel has been returned to you. If so, could you please ensure that my elderly relative receives the basket? Annette Carrigan

I have looked into this further for you and can see that the courier attempted to deliver on the 24/12/19, although due to an unsuccessful delivery this was taken to the Rose Bay Post office for collection. This is the first time I have bought from the Gourmet Basket. Our Daughter & her family, the receivers, were overjoyed & very impressed with the quality & selection of products in the box. The whole family enjoyed all the delicious chocolates & goodies in there to be found. Thank you for a beautiful Christmas gift to our family.

What you get for the price you pay is pretty good. Gourmet Basket also contacted me by phone when the item I wanted was out of stock and offered an item of greater value at no extra cost as a replacement. Kudos to them for this level of customer support.

I found this one of the best online services I have ever encountered.I needed quality product at short notice and the company couldn't have tried harder. They followed up several times with updates of the delivery process and, amazingly, the basket, ordered on Christmas Eve, ARRIVED that same day.I also appreciated their online chat with Stuart and others who were there to answer questions. Hugely impressed by you all.

I called your company on Monday 23rd of December, hoping to make a last minute purchase for Christmas. The lady on the phone was very helpful and confirmed that our client will receive their gift on Chrostmas Eve.
