Was quick and easy, was a raffle winner so do not know what they thought of the basket but it looked great online.

10/10 to the delivery guy who had a problem getting into the building. In the end he made sure my basket was delivered on time. 👍👍👍

The parcel was packaged so beautifully, my parents sent me photos and how much they loved it. I also SO appreciate that I ordered on Dec 23 and it was still delivered on Dec 24! Sending parcels from Canada can be incredibly costly, thank you for helping make our Christmas present affordable, beautiful and on time!

The computerised address screen saying the unit no. box was 'optional' led me to include the unit number with the street address, which saw the unit number dropped in the delivery address and no delivery on the date specified. A query led to a very rapid response, and ultimately the delivery of two hampers. So it would be worth being more explicit about what goes where in the delivery address, but I can't fault the response once the problem was made known. The recipients were very happy with the hamper(s).

My parcel never reached/arrived to recipient, and customer service didn't answer my last couple emails requesting details on my package.

Thank you so much for reaching out regarding your delivery. I have looked into this further for you and can see our customer service team were in contact with you up until the 24th of December prior to our office closing over the Christmas break regarding your delivery. Apologies for the delay in response although as our office was closed from the 25th December until the 1st of January we were unable to respond to the emails you sent during this timeframe. Your hamper was delivered to the recipient on the 30th December. Customer service confirmed this via email on the 2nd of January. Not received. Not phoned. Perishable goods and not received. No real attempt to deliver. I paid for same day delivery but delivery was only poorly attempted 3 days later. Not what I expect ordering gourmet goods in the heat of Sydney.

I ordered this really late, after another gift failed to ship and with no real expectation that it could arrive on time. It arrived on Christmas Eve and the girls tell me it is wonderful. Thank you SO much for your excellent service and your genuinely delightful products.
