“Three employees that attended us did not provide us with a claiming form when we asked for it. We were charged 285€ for a very tiny scratch that the car had when we collected it upon arrival. Furthermore, their behaviour was extremely rude, shouting at us and not letting us write on one of the forms we signed that we did not agree with the charge they took from our credit card. One of the male employees, who was overweight, yelled at me and my husband, he left the desk where he was staying behind to confront us while screaming in a very violent way. His verbal attack made us feel very unpleasantly and his aggressive and abusive behaviour towards us made us feel obliged to pay for the aforementioned unfair charge in order not to miss our flight. We should have taken a picture of the car when we rented it. Nevertheless, we won't rent a car from Green Motion again in our lives.”

“I you want to rent a car in Dubai try to not look at this name GREEN MOTION it’s a scam company and all people working there are cheaters and rude. I rent a car and suppose to pick it up from Dubai Airport at 3am and I surprised that they don’t have office there, I checked the net and I found an office 15 miles from the airport, and they also closed.. then when I call them they said we can’t refund you. I paid in full 2 months ago WHAT AN EASY MONEY, what a cheaters”

“Returning the Car was the worst ever experience. Feeling that they were trying to find anything to charge us more money, they "decided" to charge us 400€ for a scratch that had 2cm, and could hardly see it. Felt scammed in every way of the process. Do not use this company. Just a warning.”

“I was miss sold an upgrade from a basic car to a hybrid model after telling the agent that most of my driving would be motorway, I have since found out that the electric element of the car only works at around 30mph!!! He convinced me that it was the best financial option which it clearly was not! I look forward to hearing from you.”

“Pleased with veh. I uploaded all the docs but question why as she wanted them all again and scanned a couple of them. As usual with hire car no instruction manual. Why companies do not provide a sheet with basics on using veh. Very pleased on return very professional member of staff”

“Although they are not onsite at the Miami airport, everything about the service was excellent. The shuttle is clean and runs frequently, the desk staff was exceptional, the car was in perfect condition, drop off was seamless.”
