“My experience was at Glasgow airport.Good airport shuttle. Too much upselling. We had booked 2 cars for 5 people as we wanted. They tried to upsell a bigger car. Once is enough not 3 times I had to refuse. Same with extra insurance. I had purchased this with another company and the sales person kept saying oh well I'm not sure if this is good. Clearly a ploy to frighten people into paying them more. Also there fuel policy is shocking. It should be full going out and back. Not your car has 3 bars so comes back with the same. How is anyone meant to know how much 3 bars is. I would also advice taking the video of exterior and interior of the car as mine had way more damage than they had recorded.”

“We were picked up from Sydney airport as promised and given a call to let us know where to go for pick up. The manager was polite and very good explaining our contract. The vehicle was clean and as promised. We took the vehicle back a little early and was welcomed then dropped off at the airport immediately. Thank you for a great service. We will definitely be using your rentals again.”

“Please please save yourself and avoid them. Horrible service (smirking when I collected the car) horribly dirty car but in a rush so I had to go, refused to inspect car together and just plain bad. And the charges for damages are a clear scam. 845 GBP for replacing windscreen on a seat? Which just happened to be nearly the maximum amount they could hit me for. Did not send actual repair invoice do will struggle to collect from insurer. Life is too short. Avoid them completely. They get a surprising amount of 5 star reviews and 1 star ones. Makes you wonder why that is. Also car given to me had 5 noted and 1 not noted damage. So all the claims about actually repairing everything are likely just claims.... You are probably better off just walking or taking a bus or just not going than use this organisation and it's services”

“very kind and helpful staff - even programmed my destination into my phone, forgave an ounce of petrol refill on the rebound and looked up the next airport shuttle ( 5 minutes). It was a great experience and would definitely use again. The website is very helpful prearrival and the cars are immaculate and hybrids too 😀”
