“Staff very pleasant and helpful. Stayed after 7.00PM since fight time was changed. I would expect an airport car hire firm to have longer opening hours. Forget about the bus from the terminal. It only goes every hour. A taxi is required.”

“I paid £139 to book a car online for a few days. When I got there, they took 90 minutes to even serve me and when they did they refused to actually give me a car unless I paid for the full premium reduction - this is despite having all the required information, available credit on my credit card etc. There were a lot of people in front of me having similar issues that I thought were just being unreasonable, but it turns out these guys are just crooks. I declined paying the extra insurance (an extra 300gbp) and they didn't give me the car and refused to refund my booking fee. They straight up stole my money and left me and my pregnant wife abandoned.
I wish this was an exaggeration. Don't be tempted by their cheaper booking fees, this company is a scam.”

“Would of give 5 stars but weren’t impressed on the minuscule limited mileage imposed, but overcame this with what I thought was reasonable charge for unlimited mileage”
“The cars are new and since we don’t drive far the mileage limit suits us, which makes them the cheapest. We have used them a number of times so are used to the issues at pick up and return. We always prepurchase excess insurance and refuse theirs which is overpriced. If you pre-register and upload all the relevant documents pick up is very smooth. If you don’t do this the process is much more painful.
These are our first choice rental company when we fly to the UK.”
