“Great customer service”

“I cannot believe this company is still in business. Everything about the organization is a rip off. We booked a package deal online through Priceline and included insurance. Well, we were told we needed $300k in liability insurance which is crazy, what was the purpose of me paying for insurance. Then, we were told we would be charged for three days when we only had the car for two full days. Now, let’s talk about the car. The car was brought to us with the traction light on which is unacceptable, the car had visible damages to the bumper, the seats and the roof of the car was filthy. I cannot believe that this company didn’t get the car fix, what’s the purpose of insurance when you’re not going to get the car fix. I will post pictures and videos of this car. This is the worst rental car I’ve ever been too. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This company don’t deserve any stars.”

“every thing was fine except i Pay FOR HONDA CRV but given KIA Sportage telling me is the same size but end up the boot cannot fit in all my luggage i have to keep 1 of the luggage in passenger sit abit up set......”

“Pick up was hassle free, transfer from airport to collection was easy. Once at the greenmotion desk everything took about 10 minutes ao nice and quick. Car was exactly as specified in email. Clean and tidy car, run smoothly with no issues. Would definitely recommend.”

“On time, airport pick-up was quick and hassle free. The officer did some of the paperwork whilst waiting for other passengers which saved time at collection. I was a little skeptical about an off-airport rental but would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.”

“The car was clean, but the service a bit slow, I had to wait 2 hours to pick up the car, there was no office I had to wait in the middle of the car parking there was there was only one staff member”

“The Green motion office was very hard to find. Finally i found it in another companys office, there was just a little sign in their window to show that they also managed Green motions rentals. Pick up and return was fast and easy.”
