“Staff friendly no helpful. Car in good order. Pick up slow as office was busy. Drop off quick and no problems. But shuttle only rubs every 30 mins.”

“Got a lovely new car which was very economical on fuel. Pleasant staff and a lift to Bristol airport on way home. A little difficult to find on arrival at Bristol but will know for again! Highly recommended.”

“No issues with booking, and had great experience with the staff at Heathrow branch. However, beware of £100 fine to enter the car park without registering at the holiday Inn reception, also I was expecting to pick up the car at the airport rather than the office being 15mins away. The bus information was wrong (also wasn’t told you have to pay) and ended up having to pay for taxi (£20) to get to the office.”

“There was some initial confusion, because Green Motion is not at the Miami airport, but the shuttle was convenient and everyone on site was great to work with. The car we rented was spotless and the drop off was seamless. If this site has had problems with previous management, the new team is going above and beyond to be courteous and accommodating.”

“I booked a weekend car hire from Bristol Airport recently. The price for the hire was the most competitive I could find. Having booked a small car, when I arrived at the Green Motion premises, I had been upgraded to an almost new Kia Sportage. It was great to drive and very comfortable. Having supplied all my details online a few days before, documents checking was quick. Be aware that the £1200 excess is added as a “pending” transaction to your credit card but is removed shortly after the hire is completed. Staff were helpful and, despite other negative reviews I have read, I really couldn’t find any fault with this hire at all. The premises are just outside the airport boundary but, on a dry day, is a pleasant ten-minute walk. A shuttle bus also runs regularly to and from the terminal building.”
