“Do not rent a car from this company! We rented a vehicle for two weeks in England and although the associate who helped us check in was lovely, upon return of a car, we were charged $460 for some made up scratches. We took pictures to prove and we are refusing to pay. But it’s just not worth your time or energy!!

“Bate and Switch did not have the car i ordered, then hand to get a car that was out of my budget. Bad customer service called over 24 times and heard back only 2 months later.”
“Payed a for Golf clans and got a car based on polo platform. Nevertheless the car was in good condition and it had luckily Android Auto,because Navigation was not available. Price was more expensive than others but not too high. I would rent again, but i will always look for an better offer.”
