“The advisors were useless.they couldn't even find the order I was querying even though I'd sent screen shot 's of everything and emailed it to them.

“If I could score no stars then I would, Customer service is shocking, I was missing parts for a bed I had ordered and it is very difficult to get this resolved, to make this worse I am currently pregnant and have had to sleep on the floor. This is unacceptable and will be making sure everyone knows.”
“Groupon does not offer the ability to give reviews of their products purchased. Some, unknowingly come from overseas. A size large woman's blazer I purchased came from China and as you can imagine it was more like a US size small. No where on their site could I find an area for reviews of this item in order to stop others from making this mistake. The items was also of very cheap quality...they should be ashamed. To make is worse, Groupon offers no customer service telephone number for issues like quality, etc., but keep offering these vendors a place to sell their goods to unknowing customers....they don't seem to give a hoot!”
“I ordered a T-shirt and and received 2 emails confirming my order I though the email had just been duplicated 3 days later I received 2 packages each contained 1 T-shirt both were identical T-shirts and I had been charged 2 separate transactions, I sent an email explaining the situation the reply said that the attachment had a return pre paid label I could print off which as I don,t have a printer, I then asked if they could pop a label in the post no was the reply I could ask a friend who might be generous with their paper to print me the label or I could go to the library and print it of myself, I have had an operation and going out is out of the question, just sending me a label that they could easily print of would be quicker than having to reply to the emails I have sent RUBBISH customer service. this was only my 2nd order with groupon, how many times have people's orders been duplicated and charged twice this was no fault of my own, I can't remember confirming 2 orders.”
“You need to review their refund policy..i was unable to use the groupon i bought as i found out i needed hip surgery which meant the groupon would have expired before i had a chance to recuperate. I spoke with customer service at Groupon and they said they would refund and the next day I get an email saying there's no refund!!”
“They provide an array of discounts that companies are offering locally . As well as , discounts on items potentially that need to be delivered to my door. Very easy and functional app to use.”
