“I bought an oil change coupon from the Los Angeles Groupon webage. The closest location where it is usable is more than 100 miles away.”

“problem with a purchase,i contacted them about this and they acted quite quickly ,just asking to send photos of the problem .they replied within three days and because the stock of the item i had ordered was sold out.they offered me the choice of either a full refund or a fifteen pound refund if i wanted to keep my order(it was where it had been packed and had scuff marks on it which were really out of sight and did not really affect it )so all is well”

“It has been easy to select and pay for items. They have a tracking system that allows you to see roughly which day you can expect delivery and when each item has arrived I have never been disappointed with either the packaging or the content. The goods are competitively priced and I would recommend others to check the website out.”

“I purchased a bed frame from Group On. The bed arrived in good condition however it was missing screws that held the legs on. The screws are specific to the bed so I could not go to a hardware store to purchase them. I called, took pictures, emailed Groupon and all they said was to return the bed at my cost. The bed frame weighed almost 70 lbs and the shipping cost was half the price of the bed. Beware of Groupon. They knew I wouldn't return the bed because of the weight so they got me and will do the same to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON. Delete the app, pay a little more but know it will be with an honest company.”

“I bought a Groupon for an activity that said to call 2 weeks ahead of time to book an appointment. I started calling a month ahead and the business was completely booked. Even though Groupon says they'll give a refund if you don't receive the goods or services, when I contacted them, they refused to give a refund, saying my claim was over 3 days after purchase and that their computer system wouldn't let them. Never again.”

“Ordered a pushchair that was poor quality asked for it to be returned they said they would come and collect it waited 2 weeks for someone to collect but they emailed me saying they couldn't get anyone out to collect it so I had to arrange delivery now nearly a month on and I am still waiting for a refund although the pushchair has been sent back”
