Contacting their customer services is diabolical, they never give a straight answer haven't a clue were the order is and when you ask for a refund they cannot even answer that. Two words sum up their training, and how to answer customers, escalating and investigating. Load of rubbish,”
“I purchased a Groupon for a facial at a local spa. Two weeks later I tried calling to make a reservation and they are out of business. I contacted Groupon to ask them to refund my credit card and they said they were not able to reverse the charge after 3 days of making the purchase. I will never use Groupon again as this is beyond shady. Selling coupons for places of business that don't even exist?”
“Groupon may be a good deal UNTIL you have your first problem...then good luck to you. I will never use groupon again. Now...you cannot talk to anyone on the phone as they don't offer customer service over the phone.

“I was supposed to receive a $61 refund and they tried telling me the charge didn't exist in order to keep my money. I gave them all my bank information and they still denied it. I finally submitted a claim through my bank and they were able to find it easily. What a scam!!”
“My issue was unresolved after multiple back and forth emails with customer service. I asked for the manager's contact information and phone number and received no answer. The setup for customer service is horrible, email as an only option to resolve customer complaints makes Groupon come off as cheap, cold, inefficient, and that resolving customer concerns is not a priority since there seems to be no option to speak with someone on the phone when email doesn't resolve the problem. Multiple individuals kept responding, it kept getting passed on depending on who is answering emails at that particular point in time, and there didn't even seem to be IT involved even though the problem should have involved IT. I'll never purchase from Groupon again.”
