“I purchased a Groupon for salon seventy six for a wash, cut& blow dry in February. Every time I phoned to get an appointment they were fully booked for a month and very rude telling me they would never do a Groupon again. In the end I gave up. Just before my Groupon expired in May I contact Groupon to see if I could get a refund..they told me to contact the shop and get them to send me an email verifiying that I had not used my Groupon. Didn't bother as they were so rude. Will never use Groupon again.. Nightmare”

“I purchased an egg boiler and it's fab. I hadn't had a poached egg for 9 years because of the complete faf using the poaching pan which was the size of a banjo and had 7 pieces to wash up afterwards! Plus the fact that I only have an electric hob which takes ages to warm up and cool down and is uncontrollable. However, my life is now totally enriched by my little egg boiler. It is very compact, (about the size of half a gallia melon) and it can poach 2 eggs in approximately 7 mins and then buzzes to tell you it's finished. It also has the capacity to boil 7 eggs, which is great for families, and of course you can also use the boiled eggs to make egg mayonnaise. I loved it so much I bought another one for my niece who's going to uni and keeps forgetting she's put the eggs on and burning her mum's saucepans, so now she won't forget because the buzzer will remind her.”
“Purchased a groupon for a smog check on 7/25. Went to get the test done today on 7/31 and the shop said the machine is broken and had no clue when it would be fixed. Could be in an hour or a week. Needing to get my car registered I certainly dont have time to play games with this place. Talked to 3 different representatives on live chat. All 3 refused to give me a refund. Tried every phone number I can find online and none work. Selected the option to have a representative call me within 30 minutes. 5 hours later received an email saying due to technical difficulties they can't call me but I can try live chat to get help. I have opened up a Paypal case and now have to wait 10 days for a refund. Also have filed complaint with the FTC. They sold me a service that could not be completed and refuse to give a refund. Unbelievable.”
