“Why do they refund my orders without a reason? I receive offers to buy groupons, and then when I do, they refund them. Why would I ever use Groupon again if they just refund any deals I get?”

Still having a battle for a refund from Groupon it's not easy . The restaurant deal is still on their site even though you cannot use it or get your money back .”

Spent approx. 7 WEEKS trying to get money back but was met with same answer after numerous phone calls and e-mails. “This is an Internet Marketing company, operating in UK as though they the law to themselves. From my direct experience of dealing with them as a customer, I find Groupon systematically engages in shortchanging their customer by clever manipulation of information, illegal misrepresentation and poor service. It is very costly and time-consuming to contact the company as no the company seems not have any physical presence in the UK and the phone calls(the UK landline No) to the company are always directed to some dysfunctional call centres in the Philippines with no positive outcome.”
“I ordered a basic smart watch for work, to use the features on the watch such as push notifications it tells you to download a free apk app, once I did that my phone was inundated with pop up ads INCLUDING PORN. Do not install the free app!!!”
“I ordered something on November 26th. I received notifications until Dec. 1 when it was just stuck on being processed. Then, I checked my order again on Friday and it says my package was delivered to a mailbox in West Grove, PA when I live in NYC. I've sent them three emails telling them that I am not interested in the item anymore and wish to receive a full refund and still no answer. Never buying from here again.”

And noboday calls back after leaving messages. After 12 days I had no choise but turned back to Groupon for refund.
They only gave me a refund of Groupon credit, which was void by Groupon now.
Contacted Groupon customer service by email but no reply.”
“Great prices but delivery problems on 3 orders. Further problems with getting a response from email and when finally confirmed non delivery of one order was only offered Groupon credit. As this item was £179.00 I requested refund to my debit card and after several phone calls have now been granted this. Still waiting for it to appear in my bank. When it works with Groupon it's fine but when it doesn't it is difficult!”

“My wife made a reservation in error, partly because there is no "cart" she clicked on something and accidently booked a hotel room she was only considering. The reservation was for the next day, and Groupon told her sorry, it was outside of the 48 hour window to cancel since it was for the next day. She explained it was a mistake made just an hour ago, they did not care, nor did they offer any hope of a solution.
I chatted with them and an agent told me he would contact their "escalation" team. Never heard anything back with any type of decision.
Called the hotel to explain and they referred her back to Groupon. Useless!”
