“I've never had a problem with anything I bought from Groupon, my only problem is the website rarely works. It doesn't load and when I try to sign in I can't because it also doesn't load. They need to get a PROFESSIONAL web designer to create a proper website.”

- Website claims parcel delivered despite couriers showing the parcel is stuck at the depot
- Parcel is now 9 days overdue

“I signed up for Groupon years ago, and used to get good offers on restaurants, for the most part. Now I get a few emails a day. I've found some of their "discount" offers attractive, but when I research a little, I find that I can get the item I'm interested for less on another web site. Last week I ordered "Premium Bamboo Sheets" because here was a deal that was actually a money-saver. They arrived over the weekend, but they were polyester instead. I contacted the seller and they offered a return and a refund, but not the bamboo sheets. I contacted Groupon and they said they couldn't do anything because it's a "third-party merchant." Meanwhile, the offer is still on Groupon, despite the fact that the merchant knows it's a fraudulent offer. And the price I paid for the sheets is, as usual, no deal for polyester sheets.”

This is not what was advertised and they refuse to refund. Social media and BBB are my only forums as an average Joe to get my message out. “I have brought a lot of groupons over the years, but way too many are out of business before you can use them and a few flat out would not honor them. I contacted groupon, the only way you can (email) to inform them of these facts, yet they refuse to refund your money (only groupon bucks) and they continued to sell the same groupons months later, even though they know it is out of business. If you wonder what is the final straw for me, I recently purchased a groupon for Top that Pizza in Edmond Ok, I drove over 20 miles a few times looking for it, without finding it. I finally stop to ask someone at another eatery and they told me that it had been out of business for a while. I then went to groupon to read the reviews on Top that Pizza and I noticed that someone complained that it was out of business in Sept.2017 I brought my groupon in October 2017, so I wasted my gas for nothing and groupon had to know that it was out of business. I contacted them with this only to be told that they gave me my money back as groupon bucks. I contacted them again to ask why are they still selling them in Jan. 2018 knowing that the person who purchase them can't redeem them. They get to keep your money and give your groupon bucks for a company that you can't count on to inform you that places are out of business or won't redeem their groupons because of problems with groupon. I am feed up and tired of hearing I am sorry, when they already know that someone is out of business. I am not talking about once or twice, I am talking about many times and when I know I have informed them, they keep selling them to others... that is bad business. Plain and simple”
“My daughter bought me a Groupon for Christmas for an exercise class. I signed up, got confirmation, got notice 1 hour before the class saying to be there 15 minutes early. I waited for 30 minutes and the instructor never showed up. My daugher contacted Groupon and they would not reimburse her. I called the company that the Groupon was purchased from FOUR times with no response. You cannot get in touch with Groupon easily and they are not as focused on customer service as they once were. I am DONE WITH GROUPON!”
